| After moving back to the Philadelphia area from Southern California, my wife and I decided to settle in Phoenixville, PA. Ever since I learned to make homemade pastas and cheese-filled ravioli as a child with my Nana, I have always been interested in food and the food services industry. I have worked in an Italian restaurant, participated in an intensive twenty-week French Culinary program and most recently, apprenticed at The Cheese Company in Narberth, PA. However, with a finance degree from Millersville University, I ended up pursuing a successful career in the Investment Services Industry…until now! My dream of starting my own Cheese and Specialty Food business is finally a reality! Ramondo's Cheese! of Phoenixville opened in September of 2005, and specializes in fine cheese, fine food, and much more. Cheese! carry's a wide selection of both European and American artisan cheeses as well as gourmet food products. Specifically, Cheese! has a fine selection of coffees, teas, soups, sandwiches, prepared foods, candies and breads. Maybe, you're planning a dinner party and you need a carefully selected fine cheese tray to pair with your fine wine selections. Or, you would like to send someone special a gourmet food and cheese basket for the holidays. Or, you're craving a brie sandwich on a crusty baguette and a delicious cup of soup for lunch.
